It wasn't a particularly challenging encounter so there isn't much to be said about it.


 However, we do want to thank all the raiders, past and present, who helped us achieve what we did this tier. The officer core is grateful for everything you've done.


Our guild finished this tier US 4th. To put that into context a few of us will remember that Duality as a 25 man guild that came into fruition just before Dragon Soul launched, as merger between two casual ten man guilds with low expectations. We finished that tier US 56th raiding three days a week. Before Mists of Pandaria we made the decision to push progression, actually adding on raid days. Our ambitious goal (at the time) was breaking into the US top 20. We ended up with a US 6th Sha kill and set a new goal of being US top five in tier 15. This finish marks the third consecutive tier in which we surpassed or met our goals. Next tier we are aiming for world top ten, while maintaining the same conservative days per week, hours per day. .


As always, we are recruiting. We're one of the few guilds left in the US that has not stagnated and is actively improving. So, if you're a talented individual looking for a guild that is on the rise please don't hesitate to apply.

We one shot it Wednesday and only got around to posting an update Friday. Better late than never!

As we look ahead to Lei Shen, Ra-den, and the end of the tier, our roster is relatively small. We are currently recruiting ranged DPS (Multi-dot classes primarily) and healers (Resto Druid, Mistweaver Monk). However, our raiders have a lot of flexibility in what they can play and we will take on any exceptional applicants.

Ji-kun proved to be another easy boss this tier.  After only a handful of attempts, we managed to kill Heroic Ji-kun. Oh, and we killed Megaera too.

We started the tier very strong, making great leaps in rankings, and ended the tier with a US 6th Sha of Fear kill. We are definitely looking forward to pushing the envelope even further come Tier 15! So with that said, we are always recruiting exceptional candidates that will help us do that.

After a long night, Duality, has managed to clear out all the normal modes in Heart of Fear. Though I am a strong believer in the fact that Normal Modes don't really count for any recognition. I applaud my guild for clearing the instance efficiently and getting a World First Heart of Fear clear.
